Ordering Instructions
Hobbie's House of Wizard Wear is now busy all year around. We highly recommend ordering early. Many customers order up to 1 year ahead of their desired delivery date with the majority ordering at least 6 months ahead.
We do not carry any inventory. With the exception of wizard wear items found in our Treasure Chest, the product[s] you are about to order is/are not available for immediate delivery. Every item of wizard wear is custom made to order, even for large orders.
Orders are processed in numerical sequence, according to the requested delivery date - not according to the date on which the order was placed.
Due to the volume of orders we receive, our turn around time is a minimum of 8-10 weeks for single item orders, not including shipping time. Multiple item orders require a longer turn around time.
Transit time for orders within the continental United States require 2-3 business days.
Transit time for orders to Europe require 5-7 business days.
Transit time for orders to Asia & Australia require a minimum of 7-10 business days.
We cannot predict the length of time any package remains in a Customs hold. This varies greatly from country to country. Please plan accordingly and order early.
Current, available delivery dates are displayed in the drop down menu of the Shopping cart.
Specific sizing and/or customizing instructions for sweaters and cardigans are added to the text box provided within the shopping cart. Please note that certain items are only offered in a specific size [the "Paid Your Rent" scarf is one such item].
To complete the checkout process, be sure to fill out all options within the Shopping Cart:
quantity
a delivery date
the "ship to" zip code
AND the corresponding shipping option.
If these options are not filled out completely, the checkout process is halted on this page.
An error message will appear at the top of the page to prompt you as to the missing information.
Be sure to add our wizardknits.com to your email "white list" so you can receive all receipts and notifications. Please also verify the spelling of your email address and make sure you are not using a dormant email account.
It is impossible for us to respond to your inquiries if:
Your email address is incorrect - this happens very often! We use the "Reply To" function. Any typos in your email addy and our responses bounce right back to us.
Built-in spam filters prevent our mail from reaching your Inbox. Check your spam folders.
